John is an innovator in systems engineering methods and tools, especially in the area of decision support. John retired from his full-time consulting business Decision Driven® Solutions in 2018, having created outstanding resources in the field of decision patterns, and related training. John, as a Principal Consultant member of the team, will increase PPI’s capacity for consulting and training delivery, especially in the United States.
