Fees are payable by the last working day prior to the first day of the course. The course fee is inclusive of the course, a comprehensive set of course materials, light lunches on each day and morning and afternoon refreshments. Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing for a full refund of fees up to 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the course. Delegates cancelling after this date are responsible for payment of the standard course fee. To be eligible for the Earlybird discounted fee, payment must be received 30 days or more prior to the scheduled course commencement. Should the Earlybird fee not be received by this time, the standard fee becomes payable. To be eligible for a 10% group discount, three or more delegates must be registered from the same organisation at the same time to the same course. The Earlybird and group discounts may not be used in conjunction with each other. Substitutions of delegates are welcome at any time. Fees are fully refundable should Project Performance International find it necessary to cancel a course. Refund of fees is the full extent of Project Performance International’s liability in these circumstances. Registrations are confirmed upon receipt. Interest is payable on overdue accounts at the rate of 0.08% per day. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in course material remain with Project Performance (Australia) Pty Ltd (PPA). The client acquires an irrevocable perpetual license to use the course materials for individual reference purposes but not for the formal training of others. By submitting this registration form, you are accepting the offer of training made by Project Performance International, including the above conditions.
Registrants are advised to consider their liability before making non-refundable commitments to hotel bookings and airfares. Although cancellation of a course is unusual, the possibility does exist.
