This guarantee applies only to the open-registration training designated in our marketing, and applies only to training for which the person taking the training has been fully in attendance for the duration of the training. To avoid exploitation, this guarantee does not apply to groups from the same organisation.
If we ever get a money-back request under this guarantee, we will seek information from the training participant that feeds into our program of continuous improvement, but the guarantee itself is on a “no-questions-asked” basis.
