Learning & Development Specialist
Helen assists in the processing and managing of course registrations, liaises with training venues worldwide and is responsible for arranging intricate international travel arrangements for the training and consulting team. Helen plays a key role in ensuring that each course is a successful course for each delegate.
Venue & Travel Coordinator
Karen is PPI’s/CTIs Venue and Travel Coordinator. Her role involves extensive research into venues in multiple locations worldwide to hold PPI’s/CTI’s public courses. After finding the venue to suit our needs, she maintains constant contact with the venue to organise the course logistics, making sure that our presenters and delegates are provided with everything they need when onsite.
Karen also coordinates all the travel needs for our numerous presenters and staff. This role involves booking and organising flights, accommodation, local transport, visas, passports for our entire professional team.
Professional Development Manager – China
Victoria’s primary role with Project Performance International is to lead the activities that are necessary to establish new business and professional relationships, and to nurture existing relationships, with clients, universities and professional societies in China.
Ralph Young, DBA, CSEP
Editor, Systems Engineering Newsletter (SyEN)
Ralph provides the content for the monthly issues of the Systems Engineering Newsletter. Through his extensive experience managing systems development and also authoring many articles and five books, he has developed an extensive network of colleagues who are also involved in and excited by systems engineering. During his career, Ralph held positions at Martin Marietta, TRW, Litton Systems, Northrop Grumman, and The MITRE Corporation. Ralph’s doctoral degree was earned at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. Ralph is a member of INCOSE and the International Systems Engineering Network. Ralph is a strong proponent of continuous improvement, quality, process engineering, teamwork, and especially leadership.
Brazil Business Liaison
Breno supports PPI’s operations in Brazil and the rest of South and Central America, providing a point of personal contact and liaison for clients whose first languages are Portuguese or Spanish. Breno physically supports course delivery and PPI participation in professional/industry events in South America.
René King is a Senior Engineer at Project Performance International (PPI). René has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. René works alongside PPI’s Managing Director Robert Halligan in developing course material and designing workshop systems for courses such as the Project Risk and Opportunity Management course and Engineering Successful Infrastructure Systems. René is also the PPI Project Lead for the joint INCOSE-PPI collaboration to develop the next generation Systems Engineering Tools Database (SETDB).
