PRINCE2®
Foundation Course & Examination
a course presented over three days
Introduction
If your projects are always on time, on budget and delight your stakeholders, you do not need this course. If not, PRINCE2® can help. PRINCE2® is a project management methodology which is gaining considerable support worldwide. Based upon 'international best practice' project management principles, and on research by the UK government on how projects succeed (and fail), PRINCE2® can help people successfully manage projects of any nature, size and complexity. PRINCE2® is not software.
Who Should Attend This Course?
Project and team managers, project support teams and managers from other disciplines wishing to develop an understanding of PRINCE2® and its practical application and sit the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner exams.
Ideally, delegates should have project related experience and knowledge and should already be working in a project based environment.
Format and Presentation
This course is delivered over three days and is a blend of instruction through lectures and audio-visual presentations and extensive case study work on real projects by syndicates of participants. It follows the principles of accelerated learning. Participants receive comprehensive course manuals.
