Systems Engineering Management 5-Day Course & Workshop

This 5-day course provides in-depth coverage of how to manage engineering projects to maximise project success, within the project’s given constraints. The course establishes principles and provides methods for successfully managing projects, and getting the best out of people, individually and in teams.

This Systems Engineering Management course will most benefit people who seek substantial knowledge and understanding of how to best go about managing technical projects, even more so those projects involving complex engineering.

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP ®) - Foundation Course & Examination (3 day)

Senior Project and Programme Managers, Portfolio and Programme Management Office Managers, Business Change Managers and managers from other disciplines wishing to develop an understanding of programme management and sit the MSP® foundation exam.

Ideally, delegates should have worked in a programme environment and have experience and a good knowledge of project management. MSP® does not specify any preference for specific project management qualifications (eg PRINCE2® or PMBoK) however experience working in a structured project environment would be an advantage.

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP ®) - Practitioner Course & Examination (2 day)

All delegates must have achieved a pass in the MSP® Foundation exam; participants have the option of continuing immediately to undertake the Practitioner course and exam (2 days).

For both options, the participant receives a Practitioner Exam Study Pack that includes detailed exam guidance material and a sample exam. It is essential that participants have access to the manual "Managing Successful Programmes" during preparation, the Practitioner course and the exam.

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP ®) - Foundation & Practitioner Courses (combined, 3 day + 2 day)

This package is designed for those wishing to advance to the Practitioner level immediately. The course combines both the Foundation syllabus (3 days and Foundation exam) and then continues into the Practitioner course (2 days). This is the most expedient route in which to attain MSP® Practitioner level accreditation.

All MSP courses and workshops will be provided by MetaPM Learning Pty Ltd, an APMG-Australasia Accredited Training Organization.
