Terms and Conditions

Fees are payable by the last working day prior to the first day of the seminar. Fees include the seminar, a comprehensive set of course notes, light lunches on all days and morning and afternoon refreshments. Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing for a full refund of fees up to 14 days prior to the start date of the seminar. Delegates cancelling after this date are responsible for the full fee. Substitutions of delegates are welcome at any time. Fees are fully refundable should Project Performance International find it necessary to cancel a seminar. Refund of fees is the full extent of Project Performance International's liability in these circumstances. Delegates are responsible for their own hotel arrangements, however, special hotel rates may be available - check when registering. Registrations are confirmed upon receipt. Interest is payable on overdue accounts at the rate of 0.08% per day.

If Project Performance International cancels a course for any reason, the participants will be notified as early as possible. The only liability accepted by Project Performance International in these circumstances is a full refund of fees paid.

PRINCE2™ Terms & Conditions

Cancellation or deferral of a PRINCE2™ course registration incurs a cancellation fee as follows:

• More than 14 days before the course commencement date - 10%
• 8 to 14 days before the course commencement date - 20%
• Less than 8 days before the course commencement date - 100%
